Here we report severe community-acquired pulmonary infections with hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (hvKp) in two patients in the Netherlands without recent travel history. Both bacterial isolates were closely related to each other, and to an archetype ST23 hvKp reference isolate.

本研究报道了荷兰两例无近期旅行史患者感染高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌（hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae，hvKp）所致的重症社区获得性肺部感染。两株细菌分离株彼此之间，以及与原型ST23型高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌参考分离株均具有密切的亲缘关系。
