This dataset is mainly developed for research on occupational health and environmental impacts of thorium and uranium, as well as license application requirements. It primarily records site location information, average wind rose diagrams, joint frequency of various stability categories in Jiading District from 2009 to 2011, environmental radiation monitoring data, equipment layout, process flows, and radionuclide contents in irradiated thorium targets. The site location information described in this dataset is of important reference value for understanding the overall characteristics of the site. In addition, the average wind rose diagrams and the joint frequency of various stability categories in Jiading District from 2009 to 2011 included in the dataset serve as input parameters for environmental impact assessments. Meanwhile, the environmental radiation monitoring data act as the basis for comparative analysis in site environmental impact assessments. Equipment layout information is the foundation for conducting reasonableness assessments of layouts. The process flow diagrams for each laboratory operation included in the dataset not only demonstrate the processing steps and working principles, but also clarify the differences in management across different experimental operations. The radionuclide contents in the irradiated thorium targets included in the dataset serve as the basis for radiation protection and environmental impact assessments, and are used to determine whether safety compliance is achieved.
