When coconut bran or vermiculite was used as the substrate for potato soilless cultivation, the microbial communities in a total of 7 groups of samples from three different stages, including dried single coconut bran or vermiculite samples, coconut bran or vermiculite samples fermented for three days after mixing with base fertilizer, and three rhizosphere substrates ( coconut bran ; vermiculite ; coconut bran vermiculite mixture ) sample.
