Using the HiSeqTM 2000 sequencing platform, the anther transcriptome of photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines (PTGMS) rice Y58S and P64S (Pei’ai 64S) were analyzed at the fertility sensitive stage under cold stress.These datas would be most beneficial for further studies investigating the molecular mechanisms of rice responses to cold stress.

本研究依托HiSeqTM 2000测序平台，针对低温胁迫下育性敏感时期的光温敏核不育系（photo thermo sensitive genic male sterile lines，PTGMS）水稻Y58S与P64S（培矮64S）的花药转录组进行了分析。本数据集将为后续探究水稻响应低温胁迫的分子机制的相关研究提供重要参考价值。
