Metaverse Governance a Perspective from Norwegian Public Sector

This dataset consists of transcripts from interviews conducted during June - November 2025. Interviews were conducted with four key participants for the Norwegian public sector metaverse case – two from Brønnøysundregistrene, and one from Skatteetaten and the consulting company respectively. The total duration of the interviews were approximately 235 minutes; they were fully recorded and transcribed verbatim. The data provided has been anonymised to protect participants identity in accordance with Sikt approval.本数据集收录了2025年6月至11月期间开展的访谈录音转写文本。本次访谈针对挪威公共部门元宇宙案例的四位核心参与方开展：其中两位来自布伦讷于松登记局（Brønnøysundregistrene），一位来自挪威税务总局（Skatteetaten），剩余一位来自某咨询公司。所有访谈总时长约235分钟，均完成了完整录音并进行逐字转写。所提供的数据已依照Sikt的审批要求完成匿名化处理，以保护参与方的身份信息。
