Reaumuria soongorica (Pall.) Maxim., a typical species of desert plant, presents excellent tolerability to adverse environment. Until yet, little is known about the molecular mechanisms of stress tolerance in R. soongorica. Herein, we used the RNA-seq to study the transcriptome of R. soongorica leaves.

红砂（Reaumuria soongorica (Pall.) Maxim.）是典型的荒漠植物物种，对逆境环境具备优异的耐受能力。迄今为止，学界对红砂抗逆性的分子机制仍知之甚少。本研究采用转录组测序（RNA-seq）技术，对红砂叶片的转录组展开了研究。
