Transcriptome profiles of FASTKD knockout cell lines

We explored the effects of different FASTKD protein knockouts on mitochondrial gene expression. Total RNA from human cells was isolated from three control mice (WT) and three of each of the five FASTKD knockout cell lines (KD3, KD4, KD5, KD34, KD45), and was sequenced and analysed for differential expression.
