Oil reservoir metagenomic samples in China

Samples of produced liquid were obtained from eight distinct oil reservoir blocks in China. DNA was extracted from these samples, and sequencing libraries were constructed. Subsequently, paired-end sequencing was performed on an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 instrument using P3 reagents, yielding high-quality paired-end reads.

研究样本取自中国境内8个不同油藏区块的产出液。从上述样本中提取脱氧核糖核酸（DNA）并构建测序文库，随后使用P3试剂在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上开展双端测序，最终获得高质量双端测序读段。
