本数据集基于厦门市健康医疗大数据通过标准化治理形成含疾病诊断、检查检验、临床用药、诊疗费用、电子病历及公共卫生数据等结构化字段，后续常态化增量数据，持续扩充样本体量、完善数据时序维度，实现科研数据动态更新、持续迭代，有效延长数据研究使用周期，为长期纵向医学研究、成果深化分析提供稳定可持续的数据支撑。数据集2025年获得数据资产证书，合规性获权威认可。This dataset is constructed via standardized governance of Xiamen's health medical big data, encompassing structured fields including disease diagnosis, examination and laboratory testing, clinical medication, medical treatment costs, electronic medical records, public health data, and other relevant categories. Through subsequent normalized incremental data supplementation, it continuously expands the sample size and refines the temporal dimension of the dataset, enabling dynamic updates and continuous iteration of scientific research data, thereby effectively extending the usable lifespan of the data for research purposes. It delivers stable and sustainable data support for long-term longitudinal medical research and in-depth analysis of research results. The dataset was granted a Data Asset Certificate in 2025, with its compliance officially endorsed by authoritative institutions.
