本数据集为相关矩阵,其构建依托两项核心实验数据:其一为末次免疫后45天(记为D45)时实施的卵清蛋白(ovalbumin, OVA)特异性全血检测(Whole Blood Assay, WBA)中干扰素γ(Interferon-γ, IFN-γ)与白细胞介素17A(Interleukin-17A, IL-17A)的分泌水平;其二为以卵清蛋白(OVA)、脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)或二者联合(O+L)攻毒的乳腺分区,在感染后8或16小时(hpi)的乳汁体细胞计数(Somatic Cell Count, SCC)。
