Perovskite-Structured PbTiO<sub>3</sub> Thin Films Grown from a Single-Source Precursor

Perovskite-structured lead titanate thin films have been grown on FTO-coated glass substrates from a single-source heterometallic molecular complex, [PbTi­(μ2-O2CCF3)4(THF)3(μ3-O)]2 (1), which was isolated in quantitative yield from the reaction of tetraacetatolead­(IV), tetrabutoxytitanium­(IV), and trifluoroacetic acid from a tetrahydrofuran solution. Complex 1 has been characterized by physicochemical methods such as melting point, microanalysis, FTIR, 1H and 19F NMR, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. Thin films of lead titanate having spherical particles of various sizes have been grown from 1 by aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition at 550 °C. The thin films have been characterized by powder XRD, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis. An optical band gap of 3.69 eV has been estimated by UV–visible spectrophotometry.

本研究以氟掺杂氧化锡(FTO)包覆玻璃基板为衬底,以单源异金属分子配合物[PbTi(μ₂-O₂CCF₃)₄(四氢呋喃(THF))₃(μ₃-O)]₂(编号1)作为前驱体,生长得到钙钛矿结构钛酸铅薄膜。该配合物可由四(乙酸根)合铅(IV)、四(丁氧基)合钛(IV)与三氟乙酸在四氢呋喃溶液中反应,以定量收率分离得到。配合物1已通过熔点测试、元素分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、¹H与¹⁹F核磁共振(NMR)、热分析以及单晶X射线衍射(XRD)分析等物理化学方法完成表征。通过550℃下的气溶胶辅助化学气相沉积法,以配合物1为前驱体制备得到了具有不同尺寸球形颗粒的钛酸铅薄膜。该薄膜已通过粉末X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及能量色散X射线分析完成表征。通过紫外-可见分光光度法估算得到其光学带隙为3.69 eV。
