Statistical significance of comparisons of mutation rates and mutant frequencies.

Mutation rates reported in this table were calculated using the rSalvador function newton.LD.plating and were compared using the LRT.LD.plating function to determine statistical significance. Mutant frequencies were compared using the Mann–Whitney U test. Reported p-values were adjusted with the Benjamini–Hochberg correction to control the false discovery rate. 本表格所列突变率系通过rSalvador工具包中的newton.LD.plating函数计算得到，并通过LRT.LD.plating函数进行比较以确定统计学显著性。突变频率则采用曼-惠特尼U检验（Mann–Whitney U test）进行比对。报告的P值经本雅米尼-霍赫贝格（Benjamini–Hochberg）校正，以控制错误发现率（false discovery rate, FDR）。注：LD即勒利亚-德尔布吕克（Luria–Delbrück），LRT即似然比检验（likelihood ratio test, LRT）。本数据集以XLSX格式提供。
