This data file provides additional simulation results for the manuscript entitled "<b>Quantifying environmental learning and scaling rates for prospective life cycle assessment of e-ammonia production</b>". This data file contains chemical process design simulation results for e-ammonia production at various scales ranging from 2 to 100 t eNH<sub>3</sub> h<sup>-1</sup>. Simulation results were generated using the ASPEN Plus V11 simulator. Each Excel tab is dedicated to one specific e-ammonia production plant configuration. FOAK = First-Of-A-Kind technology, NOAK = N<sup>th</sup>-Of-A-Kind technology. This data file specifies the stream composition of every stream defined in Figure S1 flowchart in the Supplementary information. Data were grouped to "Air separation unit (ASU) and ammonia synthesis" and "Alkaline Water Electrolysis (AWE) unit" sections. The detailed stream properties are the following: the path of stream connections, phase, temperature, pressure, molar vapor fraction, molar liquid fraction, molar solid fraction, mass vapor fraction, mass liquid fraction, mass solid fraction, molar enthalpy, mass enthalpy, molar entropy, mass entropy, molar density, mass density, enthalpy flow, average molecular weight, mole flows for components, mole fractions for components, mass flows for components, mass fractions for components, volume flow.
本数据文件为题为《<b>量化电子氨(e-ammonia)生产前瞻性生命周期评估中的环境学习与规模化速率</b>》的手稿提供补充模拟结果。本数据文件包含电子氨生产在2至100吨eNH<sub>3</sub>每小时(h<sup>-1</sup>)范围内不同规模的化工过程设计模拟结果。模拟结果通过ASPEN Plus V11模拟器生成。每个Excel标签页(tab)对应一种特定的电子氨生产装置配置。FOAK = 首台套技术(First-Of-A-Kind technology),NOAK = 第N台套技术(N<sup>th</sup>-Of-A-Kind technology)。本数据文件详细说明了补充材料中图S1流程图所定义的每条物流的组成。数据被分为‘空分单元(Air Separation Unit, ASU)与氨合成’和‘碱性水电解(Alkaline Water Electrolysis, AWE)单元’两个部分。详细的物流性质如下:物流连接路径、相态、温度、压力、摩尔气相分数、摩尔液相分数、摩尔固相分数、质量气相分数、质量液相分数、质量固相分数、摩尔焓、质量焓、摩尔熵、质量熵、摩尔密度、质量密度、焓流、平均分子量、各组分摩尔流量、各组分摩尔分数、各组分质量流量、各组分质量分数、体积流量。
