CytokineFindeR data inputs and outputs

The following submission are data inputs that are compatible to use with the cytokineFindeR R package. The data inputs are RDS files saved as a data frame list containing metadata, gene expression counts matrices, and DEG outputs for the Cytokine Signature Analyzer webtool generated from 6 cytokine treatment and 4 perturbation studies. In our final publication, we did not include TSLP cytokine benchmarking. For LRI methods, we included all reference databases used.本次提交的数据集为可与cytokineFindeR R包（cytokineFindeR R package）兼容使用的数据输入文件。 该类数据输入为以数据框列表形式存储的RDS文件，内含元数据、基因表达计数矩阵以及面向细胞因子特征分析器网络工具的差异表达基因（DEG，Differentially Expressed Genes）输出结果，此类文件均源自6项细胞因子处理实验与4项扰动研究。在本研究最终发表的论文中，我们未纳入胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP，Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin）细胞因子的基准测试相关内容。 针对配体-受体相互作用（LRI，Ligand-Receptor Interaction）分析方法，本研究纳入了全部使用的参考数据库。
