THE WEFTS POLICIES EMOTIONAL IN THE GENESIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL PROCESSES IN A CIRCUS

We aim in this article to analyze the relationship between emotions and work while settling political action in a circus organization located in the city of Pelotas, Rio Grande do Sul. Theoretically articulated approach to contextual study of emotions with the formation of organizational practices in the artistic field, from ethnographic research. The results suggest mechanisms by which emotions shaped social mobilization organization in the genesis of the circus, and the circus organizational practices studied as effects of political disputes between the circus, enterprises and public authorities of the city.

本文旨在分析情感与工作之间的关联，并同时梳理位于南里奥格兰德州佩洛塔斯市的一家马戏团体中的政治行动脉络。本研究依托民族志调研方法，构建起将情感语境研究与艺术领域组织实践形成相结合的理论分析框架。研究结果揭示了情感在该马戏团体起源阶段塑造社会动员组织的作用机制，同时表明所考察的马戏团体组织实践实为该市马戏团体、企业与公共权力机构之间政治博弈的产物。
