NODDIDA codes

Matlab codes to estimate NODDIDA parameters using population-based prior. The code reads data from one pixel of the corpus callosum, creates a sub-dataset with clinically feasible measurements and applies seven estimation methods to estimate NODDIDA model parameters.

本套Matlab代码可基于群体先验信息估算NODDIDA模型参数。该代码从胼胝体（corpus callosum）的单个像素中读取数据，构建包含临床可行性测量指标的子数据集，并运用七种参数估算方法完成NODDIDA模型参数的求解。
