Moloka‘i modeled larval connectivity

Spawn to settlement data for eight species of reef fish (<i>Caranx ignoblis, Caranx melampygus, Polydactylus sexfilis, Chlorurus perspicillatus, Scarus rubroviolaceus, Ctenochaetus strigosus </i>and <i>Parupeneus porphyreus</i>) and four species of invertebrate (<i>Cellana</i> spp., <i>Pocillopora meandrina, Panulirus</i> spp., and <i>Octopus cyanea</i>). Data is produced via a individual-based model that incorporates biotic and abiotic data.<br>Each dataset includes species, individual ID, spawning location ID, spawning latitude and longitude, settle location ID, settle latitude and longitude, dispersal distance (km), pelagic larval duration (days), birth day of year, settlement day of year, and temperature, depth, and current velocity at settlement.

本数据集通过整合生物与非生物数据的个体基模型（individual-based model）生成。
每份数据集包含以下字段：物种名称、个体标识号、产卵位置标识号、产卵经纬度、定居位置标识号、定居经纬度、扩散距离（单位：千米）、浮游幼体持续时间（单位：天）、出生日序、定居日序，以及定居时刻的水温、水深与海流流速。
