Transcriptome sequencing of different strains of Isaria fumosorosea

A large number of candidate genes related to the infection and pathogenicity of A. fumigatus were obtained, and some known pathogenic genes were analyzed to provide gene targets for further improving the pathogenicity of A. fumigatus strain.

本研究筛选得到大量与烟曲霉（A. fumigatus）感染及致病性相关的候选基因，并对部分已知致病基因开展了分析，可为进一步提升烟曲霉菌株的致病性提供基因靶点。
