Bacillus subtilis subtilis RO-NN-1 P1B1 resequencing

Genome resequencing of B. subtilis mutant strain resulting from random recombinations between strains NCIB 3610 and RO-NN-1. Strain is mostly RO-NN-1 (~80%) but the rest includes randomly swapped snippets of NCIB 3610.

本数据集针对由菌株NCIB 3610与RO-NN-1随机重组得到的枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis，简称B. subtilis）突变菌株开展基因组重测序。该菌株基因组约80%的序列来自RO-NN-1，剩余部分则包含随机交换而来的NCIB 3610基因组片段。
