JAGS code for double-observer hierarchical model of abundance

This readme file outlines the construction of a JAGS script that accepts independent double-observer survey data and will estimate abundance of animals. This script can be adapted to any data set and currently accepts a double observer dataset provided consists of observations made of Google Earth satellite imagery collected on 19 July 2014 see (christianson_idohm_jagsdata_README.txt).
