Hors D Oeuvre Or Sweetmeat Set

A sweetmeat or supper dish set in Irish delftware. The largest dish is octagonal in shape with a wavy edge, it is the base for a set of five other dishes (HCL 037-HCL 041). The dishes are decorated with blue floral motifs. The five smaller dishes interlock, they consist of a central dish with four around it, each curved in a quarter of an arc. The entire set is a direct copy of a Chinese design.本套件为爱尔兰代尔夫特陶器（Irish delftware）所制，用于盛放蜜饯或佐餐食物。其中最大的餐盘呈八角形，边缘带有波浪造型，作为其余五件餐盘（HCL 037-HCL 041）的底座。所有餐盘均装饰有蓝色花卉纹样。五件小型餐盘相互嵌合：以一件中心餐盘为核心，四件餐盘环绕其周，每件餐盘均呈四分之一圆弧造型。整套套件系中式设计的直接复刻。
