Gene-by-ancestry interaction P-values for PGS Variants

Contains csv files that record gene-by-(global) ancestry interaction P-values for SNPs included in polygenic scores trained on European ancestry cohort of the Penn Medicine Biobank (PMBB). P-values were computed from running fastGWA-GE on admixed individuals of African and European ancestry in PMBB.Allele frequencies are masked to enhance data security; see Im et al. (2012) <i>AJHG</i>. Ultrarare variants (MAC &lt;= 5) are also removed.

本数据集包含CSV格式文件，记录了基于宾大医学生物样本库（Penn Medicine Biobank, PMBB）欧洲血统队列训练得到的多基因评分中所纳入的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms, SNPs）的基因-（全球）祖先交互作用P值。上述P值通过在PMBB内非洲与欧洲混血个体上运行fastGWA-GE工具计算得到。为提升数据安全性，等位基因频率已做脱敏处理；相关说明参见Im等人2012年发表于《美国人类遗传学杂志（American Journal of Human Genetics, AJHG）》的研究。同时已剔除次要等位基因计数（Minor Allele Count, MAC）≤5的超罕见变异。
