Raw reads and assembled sequence of Inverse PCR products

This is the supporting data for the inverse PCR test for the formation of circular intermediates. The .ab1 and .fasta files can be accessed using the BioEdit.exe software .To further explore the recombination regions of the "segment 1", "segment 2" and "segment 3", please align the assembled sequences against pEFM9-1 (accessed by NCBI Accession Number: CP098744.1) using the online BLASTn strategy. Similarly, please align the assembled sequence against pEFT30-1(accessed by NCBI Accession Number: CP113829.1) to explore the recombination region of the "acquired segment".

本数据集为环状中间体形成的反向PCR（inverse PCR）验证实验的配套数据。其中.ab1与.fasta格式文件可通过BioEdit.exe软件读取。为进一步探究“片段1”“片段2”与“片段3”的重组区域，请采用在线BLASTn策略，将组装得到的序列与NCBI登录号为CP098744.1的pEFM9-1序列进行比对分析。同理，将组装序列与NCBI登录号为CP113829.1的pEFT30-1序列进行比对，以探究“获得性片段”的重组区域。
