Dataset from A Multicenter, Randomized, 52-week, Double-blind, Parallelgroup, Active Controlled Study to Compare the Efficacy and Safety of QVM149 With QMF149 in Patients With Asthma

The purpose of the trial was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different doses of QVM149 (QVM149 150/50/80 μg and QVM149 150/50/160 μg via Concept1) over two respective QMF149 doses (QMF149 150/160 μg and QMF149 150/320) μg via Concept1 in poorly controlled asthmatics as determined by pulmonary function testing and effects on asthma control.

本试验旨在评估两种不同剂量的QVM149（经Concept1给药的QVM149 150/50/80 μg与QVM149 150/50/160 μg），相较于两种对应剂量的QMF149（经Concept1给药的QMF149 150/160 μg与QMF149 150/320 μg），在经肺功能检测及哮喘控制效果判定为控制不佳的哮喘患者中的疗效与安全性，及其对哮喘控制情况的影响。
