Protein characteristics include intrinsic disorder (Av – Average, line profile along the full protein sequence), low complexity (# - number of residues, percentage of protein length) and percentage of proline (Pro), arginine (Arg), serine (Ser) and aromatic amino acid (AAA) content.

蛋白质特征包含内在无序区域（intrinsic disorder）、低复杂度特征，以及脯氨酸（Pro）、精氨酸（Arg）、丝氨酸（Ser）与芳香族氨基酸（AAA）的含量占比。其中，内在无序区域的相关指标为沿完整蛋白质序列的谱线轮廓的平均值（Av，即Average）；低复杂度特征以氨基酸残基数量、蛋白质长度占比作为统计参数。
