The synthetic utility of α-halohydrazones is an underexplored area due to the lack of chemo- and regioselective routes towards these molecules.
Herein, we describe a general method for α-bromohydrazone synthesis via the rearrangement of α-bromoaziridines, which can be readily
prepared for the first time from the corresponding alkenyl bromides. The rearrangement of α-bromoaziridines into α-bromohydrazones proceeds
with high yields and with high selectivities.
鉴于针对α-卤代腙(α-halohydrazones)的化学选择性与区域选择性合成路径较为匮乏,该类化合物的合成应用尚未得到充分探索。本文报道了一种通用的α-溴代腙(α-bromohydrazones)合成方法,该方法通过α-溴代氮丙环(α-bromoaziridines)的重排反应实现;而α-溴代氮丙环可首次由相应的烯基溴化物(alkenyl bromides)简便制备。α-溴代氮丙环向α-溴代腙的重排反应具有优异的收率与选择性。
