Pulmonary veno-occlusive disease (PVOD) is characterized by increased pulmonary vascular resistance. Currently, there is a lack of effective treatment. It is of great significance to explore molecular targets for treatment of the disease. This study investigated the differentially expressed profile of miRNAs and tight junction in the lung tissue of rats with mitomycin-C induced PVOD. Overall design: Fourteen 8-week-old male SD rats were purchased from the SJA Lab Animals Corporation (Hunan, China) and were divided into two groups: the control group (N?=?4 rats per group) and the PVOD group (N?=?10 rats per group).
肺静脉闭塞症(Pulmonary veno-occlusive disease, PVOD)以肺血管阻力升高为主要病理特征,目前尚无有效治疗方案,探索其治疗相关分子靶点具有重要研究价值。本研究针对丝裂霉素C诱导的PVOD大鼠肺组织,分析了微小RNA(miRNA)与紧密连接的差异表达谱。
实验设计:本研究购入14只8周龄雄性SD大鼠,购自中国湖南省SJA实验动物有限公司,将其分为两组:对照组(每组n=4只)与PVOD模型组(每组n=10只)。
