RNAseq of patient-derived colon organoids treated with 3PO for 24h

To evaluate 3PO-induced changes on cellular transcriptomes in a more advanced in vitro model, patient-derived organoids (PDOs) of three different patients were treated with 30 µM 3PO for 24h and their RNA was extracted and sequenced. 为在更先进的体外模型中评估3PO诱导的细胞转录组变化，我们对3名不同患者的患者来源类器官（patient-derived organoids, PDOs）施以30 μM浓度的3PO处理24小时，随后提取其RNA并进行测序。后续通过基因集富集分析（Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, GSEA）对所得基因表达数据进行解析。整体设计：化合物处理实验设计。
