This dataset comprises 12 years (2012–2023) of daily mean measurements collected using YSI sondes, including dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration, water temperature, turbidity, pH, and chlorophyll-a (Chla). Additionally, it includes monthly nutrient data from northern Lake Taihu, China, encompassing total nitrogen (TN), total phosphorus (TP), dissolved nutrients (DTN, DTP, NO₃⁻, NH₄⁺, NO₂⁻, PO₄³⁻), and Chla concentrations.

本数据集包含2012–2023年间12年的日均值测量数据,由YSI水质监测仪(YSI sondes)采集,涵盖溶解氧(dissolved oxygen, DO)浓度、水温、浊度、pH值及叶绿素a(chlorophyll-a, Chla)。此外,数据集还纳入中国太湖北部的月度营养盐数据,包括总氮(total nitrogen, TN)、总磷(total phosphorus, TP)、溶解性营养盐(dissolved nutrients,DTN、DTP、NO₃⁻、NH₄⁺、NO₂⁻、PO₄³⁻)及Chla浓度。
