Bacillus subtilis adapt to different plant species

We used laboratory experimental evolution and whole-population genome sequencing techniques to study the adptation of B. subtilis to different plant species. Experiments using Arabidopsis thaliana, tomato, and the cyclic condition both either started on A. thaliana or tomato were used.

本研究借助实验室实验进化与全群体基因组测序技术，探究枯草芽孢杆菌（Bacillus subtilis，缩写为B. subtilis）对不同植物的适应性。实验方案涵盖以拟南芥（Arabidopsis thaliana，缩写为A. thaliana）、番茄为单一培养底物的实验组，以及两类分别以拟南芥或番茄作为初始培养体系的循环培养条件实验组。
