Bacillus anthracis Genome sequencing and assembly

The Bacillus anthracis strains in this project were isolated from soils 3 days after blood from a zebra carcass infected the soils. The cause of death of the animals was confirmed to be Bacillus anthracis.

本项目所使用的炭疽芽孢杆菌（Bacillus anthracis）菌株，分离自被一具斑马尸体的血液污染三天后的土壤。经确认，该斑马的死亡原因系炭疽芽孢杆菌感染所致。
