The transcriptomic response of the pecan cultivar 'Desirable' was studied at three time points (24, 48, and 96 hours post-inoculation) after inoculating with two different scab isolates: a pathogenic (De-Tif11) and a non-pathogenic (Pa-OK-11).

本研究通过RNA测序（RNA seq）解析山核桃抗疮痂病的分子机制。以山核桃品种‘Desirable’为实验材料，分别接种致病型（De-Tif11）与非致病型（Pa-OK-11）两种不同的疮痂病菌分离株，并在接种后24、48、96小时三个时间点对其转录组响应进行分析。
