Uzbekistan - World Bank Country Survey 2013

The World Bank is interested in gauging the views of clients and partners who are either involved in development in Uzbekistan or who observe activities related to social and economic development. The World Bank Country Assessment Survey is meant to give the World Bank's team that works in Uzbekistan, greater insight into how the Bank's work is perceived. This is one tool the World Bank uses to assess the views of its critical stakeholders. With this understanding, the World Bank hopes to develop more effective strategies, outreach and programs that support development in Uzbekistan. The World Bank commissioned an independent firm to oversee the logistics of this effort in Uzbekistan.The survey was designed to achieve the following objectives:- Assist the World Bank in gaining a better understanding of how stakeholders in Uzbekistan perceive the Bank;- Obtain systematic feedback from stakeholders in Uzbekistan regarding:· Their views regarding the general environment in Uzbekistan;· Their overall attitudes toward the World Bank in Uzbekistan;· Overall impressions of the World Bank's effectiveness and results, knowledge work and activities, and communication and information sharing in Uzbekistan;· Perceptions of the World Bank's future role in Uzbekistan.- Use data to help inform Uzbekistan country team's strategy.

世界银行（World Bank）旨在评估两类群体的看法：一类是参与乌兹别克斯坦发展事务的客户与合作伙伴，另一类是关注该国社会经济发展相关活动的群体。世界银行国家评估调研（World Bank Country Assessment Survey）旨在为驻乌兹别克斯坦的世界银行团队提供更深入的洞察，以了解各方对世行工作的评价。这是世行用以评估其关键利益相关方看法的工具之一。基于此调研所得的认知，世行希望制定更具实效的战略、外联工作与项目，以支持乌兹别克斯坦的发展。世行已委托一家独立机构负责本次调研在乌兹别克斯坦的后勤统筹工作。
本次调研旨在达成以下目标：
1. 协助世界银行进一步了解乌兹别克斯坦利益相关方对世行的评价；
2. 从乌兹别克斯坦利益相关方处获取系统性反馈，具体包括：
- 他们对乌兹别克斯坦整体发展环境的看法；
- 他们对乌兹别克斯坦境内世界银行的整体态度；
- 对世行在乌兹别克斯坦的工作成效与成果、知识类工作与活动，以及沟通与信息共享情况的整体印象；
- 对世行未来在乌兹别克斯坦所扮演角色的认知；
3. 利用调研数据为乌兹别克斯坦国家团队的战略制定提供参考。
