To identify proteins involved in the regulation of adipogenic differentiation under hypoxic conditions, an RT2 Profiler PCR array was used to screen a panel of 84 genes associated with human adipogenesis in Bone-marrow Mesenchymal stem cells under normal and hypoxic conditions. Bone-marrow Mesenchymal stem cells were put in hypoxic chamber, set at an oxygen concentration of 0.2%. Cells under normoxia are considered as a control.

为鉴定低氧条件下参与成脂分化调控的蛋白质,本研究采用RT2 基因表达谱PCR芯片(RT2 Profiler PCR array),在常氧与低氧培养条件下的骨髓间充质干细胞(Bone-marrow Mesenchymal stem cells)中,筛选一组共84个人类成脂相关基因。将骨髓间充质干细胞置于氧浓度设定为0.2%的低氧培养箱中培养,以常氧培养的细胞作为对照。
