Probiotics are instrumental in maintaining the equilibrium of the gut microbiota and improving the health of the human body. This study examined the presence and physiological features, including the ability to produce exopolysaccharides, of lactic acid bacteria from fermented Tenggiri (<em>Scomberomorus guttatus</em>) and Talang (<em>Chorinemus</em> spp.) fish, also known as budu fish.
益生菌对于维持肠道微生物群(gut microbiota)的稳态、改善人体健康具有关键作用。本研究针对发酵丁加奴鱼(<em>Scomberomorus guttatus</em>,斑条䲠)与塔朗鱼(<em>Chorinemus</em> spp.,该类鱼也被称为巴杜鱼)来源的乳酸菌(lactic acid bacteria),考察了其存在情况与生理学特性,其中包括产胞外多糖(exopolysaccharides)的能力。
