Labour Constellations in Practice. A Comparison between Private and Public Enterprises within the Construction Industry, 1989

The study analysed the relationship between changes in production/technology and the bargaining system in private and public companies in public and private companies. The aim was to find out how this works in the public, differences between public and private production and why the bargaining system works like it do. Data was gathered from the construction industry in the counties Oppland and Troms. This dataset is the Troms sample.
