BigWig files from H3K27ac ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq datasets from the craniofacial regions of the human and mouse embryos. Human samples were generated using genome version Hg38.本数据集包含源自人类与小鼠胚胎颅面区域的H3K27乙酰化染色质免疫共沉淀测序（H3K27ac ChIP-seq）与转座酶可及性测序（ATAC-seq）数据集所对应的BigWig文件（BigWig）。其中人类样本的测序分析以Hg38人类基因组版本作为参考序列。
