This study aimed to explore the downstream genes targeted by miR-501 in GC. Overall design: To reveal the genes downregulated by miR-501, we transfected GC cell lines with miR-501 mimics and negative control siRNAs. The transcriptome sequencing studies were performed by deep sequencing, using Illumina HiSeq 4000.

本研究旨在探索胃癌（Gastric Cancer, GC）中miR-501所靶向的下游基因。
整体实验设计：为筛选受miR-501下调的基因，我们将胃癌细胞系分为两组，分别转染miR-501模拟物与阴性对照小干扰RNA（small interfering RNA, siRNA）。本研究采用Illumina HiSeq 4000平台开展深度测序，完成转录组测序分析。
