Alterations of mouse gut microbiome in alveolar echinococcosis

Metagenomics and non-targeted metabolomics were used during the current study to identify microbial species for characterization of the gut microbiota after infection of a mouse model with E. multilocularis. Metabolites were analyzed with the aim of identifying specific markers of the E. multilocularis impact on gut flora.

本研究采用宏基因组学（Metagenomics）与非靶向代谢组学（non-targeted metabolomics）技术，对多房棘球绦虫（E. multilocularis）感染的小鼠模型进行研究，以鉴定其中的微生物物种并解析感染后肠道菌群的特征。同时对样本中的代谢物开展分析，旨在鉴定多房棘球绦虫感染对肠道菌群产生影响的特异性标志物。
