Table with the results of the time series gene expression analysis for fins.

Differences between transcriptomes of two Cottus fish lineages were assessed in the natural environment. Sampling was performed in a time series covering whole year. Two tissues were investigated: fins and livers. Present table shows results of a time series differential gene expression analysis performed on fin tissues.本研究在自然环境中评估了两个杜父鱼属（Cottus）鱼类支系的转录组（transcriptome）差异。采样采用覆盖全年的时间序列方案进行。本次研究共检测了两种组织：鳍组织与肝脏组织。本表呈现了针对鳍组织开展的时间序列差异基因表达分析结果。
