We report the first deep RNASeq time-series dataset (n=96 samples) of human aortic endothelial cells (HAECs) following exposure to normal (NG) and high glucose (HG) conditions over a time course from baseline to 24 hours (0, 0.5, 1, 4, 8 and 24 hours). We identify rapid and transient transcriptomic changes, alteration of molecular networks, and document temporal transcriptional dynamics of in HAECs. Overall design: RNA-seq time series analysis in HAECs under normal or high glucose conditions.
