Fungal diversity in sediments of subtropical China seas as revealed by DNA metabarcoding

1) to reveal the species richness and distribution pattern of marine fungi in the three sea regions along latitude and 2) to assess influences of spatial and environmental variables on the diversity and composition of fungal communities.
