该数据集包含了西藏申扎木纠错地区三个剖面的䗴类、小有孔虫、腕足类和牙形类的化石鉴定单。该地区二叠纪地层出露良好,分别由永珠组、拉嘎组、昂杰组、下拉组和木纠错组组成。其中永珠组中以腕足类化石为主,古生物地理显示冷水动物群;下拉组下部以紫红色灰岩为主,含有混生型的牙形类化石;下拉组中部以中薄层灰岩为主,含有丰富的小有孔虫类、䗴类、腕足类等化石;下拉组中上部以中厚层灰岩为主,含牙形类、小有孔虫类和䗴类;根据化石层位的对比,木纠错西北的采样点的层位对应于木纠错剖面的86层,相当于下拉组的中部;木纠错西短剖面相当于木纠错剖面89层的顶部;木纠错西二号短剖面的层位相当于木纠错组的底部。
This dataset contains fossil identification sheets of fusulinids, small foraminifers, brachiopods, and conodonts from three sections in the Mucojiao area, Shenza, Tibet. The well-exposed Permian strata in this region consist of the Yongzhu Formation, Laga Formation, Angjie Formation, Xiala Formation, and Mucojiao Formation. The Yongzhu Formation is dominated by brachiopod fossils, and its paleobiogeographic characteristics indicate a cold-water fauna. The lower part of the Xiala Formation is dominated by purple-red limestone and contains mixed-type conodont fossils; the middle part of the Xiala Formation is dominated by medium-thin bedded limestone and hosts abundant fossils including small foraminifers, fusulinids, and brachiopods; the middle-upper part of the Xiala Formation is dominated by medium-thick bedded limestone and contains conodonts, small foraminifers, and fusulinids. Based on fossil horizon correlation, the horizons of sampling sites in the northwest of Mucojiao correspond to Bed 86 of the Mucojiao section, which is equivalent to the middle part of the Xiala Formation. The short western section of Mucojiao corresponds to the top of Bed 89 of the Mucojiao section. The horizon of the No. 2 short western section of Mucojiao is equivalent to the bottom of the Mucojiao Formation.
