流行病跟踪数据集

该数据集大约包含1100万条记录，是对在线问诊数据进行归纳分析后形成的流行病学相关数据集，数据集由分为患者特征和疾病信息两类。通过对分季节、分地区的不同年龄段和既往病史的患者主诉与诊断建议的关联分析，可以研究总结流行病在不同人群和不同时空的流行普遍规律及特征，为疾病流行与防治提供参考和帮助。

This dataset comprises approximately 11 million records, and is an epidemiological dataset derived from inductive analysis of online medical consultation data. It is divided into two categories: patient characteristics and disease information. Through correlation analysis of patients' chief complaints and diagnostic recommendations stratified by season, region, age group and past medical history, it enables the study and summarization of the general prevalence rules and characteristics of epidemics across different populations, time and space, providing references and support for epidemic prevention, control and disease management.
