Overall design: We performed gene expression profilling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of A91-DsEVs treatment group and control group (PBS group) at 3 time points, there were 4 samples in A91-DsEVs treatment group in each time point, and 3 samples in PBS group at each time point

本研究设计了一种纳米疫苗平台,以树突状细胞来源的小型细胞外囊泡(dendritic cell-derived small extracellular vesicles, DsEVs)作为MBP87-99A91的递送载体(即A91-DsEVs),用于诱导针对脊髓损伤的神经保护性免疫。总体实验设计:本研究针对A91-DsEVs处理组与对照组(磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)组)三个时间点的样本开展基因表达谱分析,分析所用数据来源于两组样本的RNA测序(RNA-seq)结果;每个时间点的A91-DsEVs处理组包含4份样本,PBS组每个时间点包含3份样本。
