Data of: "Conservation with hard borders: Ethiopian wolves are threatened by fragmentation and isolation"

Pack size and pack composition of Ethiopian wolf focal packs in Bale Mountains, Menz-Guassa, North Wollo and Simien Mountains in 2020-2021. These estimates were used to derive the global population estimate of Ethiopian wolves considering the total counts for focal packs and extrapolations in other areas based on the number of packs known and average group size.

2020—2021年，埃塞俄比亚狼（Ethiopian wolf）焦点研究群的种群群规模与群内组成结构，涵盖贝尔山脉、门兹-瓜萨、北沃洛及塞米恩山脉区域。上述估算数据被用于推导埃塞俄比亚狼的全球种群数量估算值：研究以焦点群的总计数为基准，结合已知种群群数量与平均群规模，对其余区域的种群数量开展外推计算。
