Mycolicibacterium smegmatis Genome sequencing and assembly

The projects aims to find the biotargets of azolo[1,2,4,5]tetrazines within M. smegmatis, their mechanisms of action and thus to further investigate the possibility of their use in antituberculosis chemotherapy.
