Mycolicibacterium smegmatis Genome sequencing and assembly

The projects aims to find the biotargets of azolo[1,2,4,5]tetrazines within M. smegmatis, their mechanisms of action and thus to further investigate the possibility of their use in antituberculosis chemotherapy.本项目旨在探明耻垢分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium smegmatis）体内唑并[1,2,4,5]四嗪的生物靶标及其作用机制，进而深入探究其应用于抗结核化疗的可能性。
