Long non-coding RNA expression profile of mouse cementoblasts under compressive force

To describe the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) expression profile of cementoblasts under mechanical compression Mouse cementoblasts were exposed to compressive force. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to compare the transcriptomes of the compressed and control cells.
