Whole blood leukocytes gene expression in human subjects exposed to printing shop particles

This study investigates differential expression in human blood leukocytes, from subjects who work in print shops, exposed to particles over time. The time points range over 2 weeks: 1-Monday, 2-Friday, 3-following Monday (rested), and 4-Friday 40 RNA samples were extracted from human blood. Some did not pass quality control. We are left with 33 samples, from 9 individuals, most with all 4 time points (TP), and three with one TP missing.

本研究针对长期暴露于颗粒物环境的印刷车间作业受试者的人体血液白细胞（human blood leukocytes）的差异表达情况展开探究。本研究的采样时间跨度为2周，共设置4个时间点：1. 周一，2. 周五，3. 后续周一（受试者已处于休息状态），4. 周五。研究人员从受试者血液中提取了40份RNA样本（RNA samples），其中部分样本未通过质量控制（quality control），最终留存有效样本共33份，来源于9名受试者：其中多数受试者拥有全部4个时间点（Time Point，简称TP）的样本，另有3名受试者缺失1个时间点的样本。
